Mark has over 40 years of experience in the fastenings and steel industry. He has successfully managed multiple companies, prioritising reliability, and exceptional service. Outside of work, body permitting, he enjoys playing squash, tennis, golf and reading a good novel.

I've just joined the company, taking over from Brett (my husband) who has retired. Brett had a long affiliation with the company and I have big shoes to fill. I'm not unfamiliar though, as l've supported Brett over the years during the busy times of the month. My background is accounting and I love maths, so I guess I'm in my dream job.
On a personal level, I enjoy camping (in a caravan) and spending time with the family and two fluffs (dogs). I'm a knitter, crocheter, pattern designer and artist.

I've been in the fastening industry for over 2 decades, l'm genuine with my intentions and I enjoy my role in this business. In my career I have established a great working relationship with my clients and will continue to do the same for any customers that are willing to give our team a chance. I've had various roles throughout my years in this industry, warehousing, both despatch and inwards. serving customer over the counter, internal sales, purchasing, external sales, and now managing. 
Outside of work I enjoy low and slow cooking on the weber, I'm a warrior, Kiwi, and Queensland supporter and I've recently been bitten by the Golf bug. I adore my fiancé and together we have made my greatest achievement, our son Javier.

I started working with the company in July 2022, it was my first full time job after finishing school in Dec 2021. I love my job, working as part of a team, meeting people and driving all day delivering orders.
Outside of work, I am committed to the gym and hope to compete at body building. I enjoy camping with my mates and consider myself pretty good at putting up the air-beam tent.

After being a customer for more than 12 years Bruce joined the team at Boltlink in 2023 as an Account Manager.
In the previous 25 years Bruce had a successful career as the General Manager of a small company in the Construction industry. From this experience Bruce brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of business, in construction and construction related fasteners. Before his career in construction Bruce worked in New Zealand, Europe and the USA for several large
companies in Customer Service, Sales and Management roles. During this time Bruce developed a very customer focused, service driven approach. In his current role as an Account Manager providing exceptional service is the priority.
In 2024 Bruce became a shareholder in the company, adding his experience to the vastly knowledgeable existing team.
Outside work you will find Bruce spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors either at a beach or up a mountain. During the winter Bruce will always be found somewhere near a soccer field, and always look out for Bruce on his mountain bike pushing himself to the limit.

With six years of hands-on experience in the building and construction industry, working on both new builds and renovations, Josh brings practical knowledge and expertise to his role as Account Manager.
Josh takes pride in providing a top-notch customer service, building strong relationships, ensuring every client gets the right solution for their needs.
Outside of work Josh is passionate about music and does the odd DJ gig from time to time.

I’ve worked in the industry for 5 years now. I think of myself as a cheerful person and happy to help customers and team when needed. I’m a Cook Islander and enjoy my family and am involved with cultural dancing.
